Refund & Exchange Policy
At ZokuGear, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product has a size issue (where applicable).
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Original packaging must be retained.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Exchange Process
For size-related exchanges, the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping charges.
Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility.
If approved, an exchange will be processed.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Used products.
- Products with removed tags.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Refund Policy
Currently, ZokuGear does not offer monetary refunds. Eligible claims are resolved through product replacement or exchange only.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
